Return Policy

The only time we will provide a refund policy is when the product itself is damaged when you receive it. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will be completely free.
Another option will be returning your item back to us, and we can provide you with a new item that is inspected by our employees.

To return an item please follow the steps below:
Include a confirmation email of your order or a copy of the packing slip and a note of the size for the item you bought.
Mail your return to to address via email.
Once your return is received, we will ship out your item at no additional cost, or we will issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 9 business days after we receive your return.
  • The shipping back charges are refundable when you send a receipt of the shipping fee. We only refund standard shipping fee.
  • All refunds of damage items are not subjected to any processing & handling fee.
