HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

A typical shipment for your ordering will take around 2 - 4 weeks. We will try our best to have your order ship to you as soon as possible. 

Please note that shipping may delay 1- 2 weeks.

IF MY DELIVERY IS LATE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please be patient due to sometimes the tracking could appear as if your package is not moving, however, the system only provides the steps of arrival at destination country and delivery.

 If you haven’t received your order in the estimated time, then feel free to contact us at decorevolve.contact@gmail.com, and we will look into the issue and contact you right away.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

The first thing is to go to your confirmation email that is send through your ordering from our website. Click on the tracking link and you may find your order status.

After your order has been shipped it usually takes about 3 - 5 days until the package shows up in the carriers system. If you are unable to track your package after this time please try this:

1. Go to your order status page (accessible from your order confirmation Email)

2. Copy your tracking number (format of LM000002211CN)

3. Go to Parcels, and paste your tracking code there.

If you are unable to track your package from there, please message us at

decorevolve.contact@gmail.com, and we will look into it for you.

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY TAX ON MY ITEM?

Due to different country having different tax rate, we will apply the tax rate for your items which will show up at the checkout page.

 

I RECEIVE MY ITEM BUT IT IS DAMAGE.

If your product is damaged on arrival, go to our refund and return page to get more information on what to do with your item.
